Subject Availability

When you apply to Teach First we will only process your application if we have a vacancy in a teaching subject you are qualified to teach in either the 2012 or 2013 cohort.

The table below shows each of the subjects we currently place participants to teach in school and gain their Qualified Teacher Status qualification within. Please note you may be asked to teach more than one subject in your school.

If you are only eligible to teach a subject that we are closed for, you will not be able to apply now but we will re-open applications in June 2012. An amber warning sign indicates we will shortly close for applications from candidates who are only eligible to teach this subject and would ask you to apply now if you are considering submitting an application.
