Requirements
To be eligible to apply to join the Teach First programme you will need to satisfy these minimum requirements. Selection for the Teach First programme is based on your ability to demonstrate relevant subject knowledge.

The Subject Knowledge Audit (SKA) is an important part of the application process – it’s where we validate your suitability to teach the subject to which you have been allocated, and identify any areas of subject knowledge that you need to develop further before you begin the programme.

If you are successful at our online application stage you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre day. Each Assessment Centre comprises of several elements, though not necessarily in this order.
