Different people come to Teach First for different reasons, and ultimately they take different things away from it. Our Ambassadors are drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds and this diversity, and the profoundly changing nature of the Teach First experience, has given rise to an even greater diversity of ambitions and roles as our Ambassadors move on from the programme.
