Discovery Day
*The Leadership programme is continually evolving to better meet the needs of participants, as well as addressing the Teach First mission.
The Leadership Discovery Day, late in your second term, is about preparing you for the leadership development opportunities available to you as you move into your second year of the Teach First programme and establishing your own personal development plan – planning which modules are right for you and setting personal and teaching goals for you to focus on. It will also explain how the Leadership Development Programme will help you add value to your school, give you a reminder of how the Teach First credit system works, and the core material that is needed for you to qualify for credits.
